Screenshare iPad/iPhone via Cable from a Mac

It would be great if I could only share the iPad/iPhone screen when it's connected to a Mac through cable.

Softwares such as Zoom and Webex already allow users to connect device to a Mac using a cable and share the device only screen. It's great for some gameplays where you are connect to discord on the Mac or Macbook and would like to play games and share w/ your friends on the iPad.
