New colour scheme is visually inaccessible

The blue is awful. It's very straining on the eyes, and I have rather healthy vision. A friend of mine is visually impaired and the new blue makes many elements of the UI hard to discern, and cause lots of eye strain. Revert the colours, or choose a lighter and duller blue, more akin to the old colour scheme, which was very accessible to all.

Edit: I just (against my better judgment) tried light mode on Discord desktop. It's now easier on the eyes, at least for me, than dark mode. The worst part of the new colour scheme is how intensely the blue contrasts with everything else, which is my (and many others') worst migraine trigger: intensely contrasting colours and lights. Until these changes get reverted I may have to stop using Discord entirely, so as to avoid triggering a migraine, meaning I will have to leave several communities I'm in, all because of a terrible design decision.
