Awful garbage rebranding- childish and unwelcome
Well over 100 members of my server have all discussed this update and the result is clear: we all dislike the new logo and color
-> The WORST is the new font, it is awful in all senses. It feels childish and isn't as easy to read anymore.
-> New reactions are ugly
-> The new color is not as welcoming as it was before
-> Every single change made is so hated they all want whoever who agreed to change it to be fired and burn in hell
-> All my meme channels are about how bad this rebranding is
-> If discord has so much as little appreciation for their users of 5 years +, they would consider that they have MOST LIKELY failed their goal with this update.
How do you expect people to chat on a platform that they do not feel comfortable with anymore, especially if the FONTS of the text are not welcome.

Listen, Discord, we get it. Kinda.
You wanna make your brand less gamer-centric, more everyone-centric. And that's cool and everything, cuz I totally support that. I've always used Discord for a number of things.
But this isn't gonna do it. No way.
Sure, you wanna make your logo simpler. You wanna make your font stand out. You wanna up your branding game, now that you wanna be a real company. But this is not the way to do it.
Honestly, I don't really think anyone has ever looked and said, "Wow, that's so gamer-specific. I'm not going to use Discord, because the loading screen looks so gamer-y." Or, "Wow, BLURPLE? I can't believe they used BLURPLE. That's like, G-Fuel, but with COLORS!" Or, "Wow, look at this super normal font. That's so gamer. d o g w a t e r." Like, no, Discord. The font was fine, this new font is what looks weird. The colors are overly saturated. This isn't encouraging the rest of the corporate world, it's encouraging 9-year-old kids. So please, change it back. I hate to say this, but this is one thing we can't roll with. And I really don't want to switch to Guilded.3 -
JUST BRING BACK THE OLD FONT AAND COLOURS

it's literally getting worse the more they update. if the actual message text font changes im going to quit discord because i wont be able to read it anymore :D
