Attenuation enabled per person

Make a feature that lets me enable attenuation for only one person and ignore the rest of the screaming people in my call.

(I want to listen to my music and be able to have attenuation on for a certain person without having all the background noises from keyboards, mouth noises, crunching, etc. from people who refuse to use push to talk and have no respect for anyone.)
