Reverting back to old Discord theme/design
Recently, Discord has made some adjustments to it’s logo as well as it’s theme in general. The classic, iconic, discord logo we all love is now gone.
Discord has made changes to it’s logo “Cylde” it now has significantly less detail and rougher edges then it did before. However, it’s not just Cylde that was changed recently, Discord has introduced their new theme’s color- they went from a soft light blue to a much darker violet color that they are calling “burple”. This color much harsher and doesn’t appeal as well as the classic light blue did. Many users I have spoken to prefer the older theme. The last thing I would like to go over is the new font. The old discord font was bold, it stood out and the letters made a strong appearance. In the new discord logo, the letters are just strange. They are different sizes from one another and don’t follow any sort of pattern.
I, as well as many users see these changes as a big downgrade to what we had before. I am making this feedback post as an attempt to bring back the classic, iconic, discord theme we all know and love!

I agree, don't understand why it was chosen to reduce the distinct character which discord had, as well as the sleek and good looking theme for something which hurts your eyes and looks a lot less cool/distinct and more lower quality and generic. Feels like what a discord-clone would look like

The color scheme hurts my eyes because it is THAT saturated. Honestly who ever made the font and color scheme needs to be fired. I’m fine with the logo, but that god awful color scheme NEEDS to gtfo.

The entire redesign of the website makes it look like Discord made a "kids version" of it. I absolutely hate every part of it. I am a bit intolerant to change but this one clearly isn't my intolerance and it is my reaction to the extremely bad redesign that they made. They removed the part which clearly made it stand out from the rest of the social media apps and joined them by making the logo softer than your average Twitter user and changing the font from a really strong one to something you would see in a toy store made for unborn children.
