I accidentally used my phone number on another account and I deleted it from there can I use my number again?

  Me to anf when i try logging in it ask for number verification before i can get access and it says this phone number was recently used on a different account and i removed the number from my other account

  I accidentally used my account phone number to open another account but I deleted the account after trying to login to my main account but continues say my phone number was used by another account please how can I restore my account this is so important to me please I was distracted by my friend that I can use double account
