Full APNG support for bots

I know a lot of bots out there that could really use a full APNG support. APNG's are higher quality than gifs, and usually come in smaller sizes, which are really useful to both big and small bots that could use them. It would also be neat if APNG's were used in Discord similar to gifs, where you could find, use, and favorite APNGs, along with using them as your profile picture if you have nitro. Overall, APNG support would do nothing but great things to Discord, so the question isn't if APNG's will be supported, but rather how long it'll take before it is supported.
