Issue with Reporting System
A server I'm in is being harassed by someone purely because they get accounts shut down temporarily by reporting them and then the customer service of discord never looks at the reports, which are then deleted due to the inactivity of the account's status. There needs to be a way to report suspicions of this happening, and be able to fight back against unfair reports, or at least a way to contact customer service with an URGENT tag so that instead of a Bot response, we get someone who can help us fix this issue. Either way, accounts that are shut down should be looked into, before being deleted, as this caused us great strife when those who were affected by this were trying to reconnect with friends.

i can personally confirm that they do check the reports, but i do agree that they should probably expand the help and support division, because sometimes it does take a while for them to get to my reports, but basically every time ive submitted a report, they have taken action. they usually have finished with what they do in within 48 hours, which isnt too too long.
and as you probably have seen on their automated emails to you, if someone is harassing you, just report them and block them which would be the quickest way to not need to see them. that is the whole point of having a blocking system.
finally, as for the accounts being disabled due to someone abusing the reporting, just contact trust and safety and appeal to the account ban/disable, and mention that you suspect that person to be abusing reports.
