vIsUaL cHaNgE bAd, but it's just the blue border around your reactions to msgs

This is just about a really small part of the reactions visual change - normally, a blue border is associated with the selected element of Discord when tabbing. I'm somebody that like to have nothing selected when just sitting there looking at the screen, so coming across a message that I've reacted to is mildly jarring and triggers the animal instinct inside of me to click off and deselect it, even though I haven't actually selected anything. Then, it just stays there, which kinda bothers me. Also, overly attention-grabbing, especially compared to more important elements of the chat.

The rest of the reactions part I like (honestly I don't really know what has changed but it looks smoother) - it's just that blue border around your reactions. The regular blue background was fine.
