Quality of the Streams

Before the last update, i remember Discord had an option for being able to stream with a quality of 480p, but it seems that option was removed, i don't know the reason but that has become a problem for me.

Ilive in a place with a slow internet connection and whenever a friend of me stream some of their games in our server, it's now almost impossible for me to see to see him because the minimun quality is 720p, the stream lags, or, in the worst cases, i lost connection with discord itself and i have to wait for reconnect again.

I want to ask why the option for 420p was removed and if there a possibility for it to return.
