How am I supposed to see responses to my requests if my account is locked.

I explain you, my main discord account (that I use to talk with my friends but also for studies) are blocked since yesterday because I made a paypal dispute for a payment of 30€ made on my account but not by me. After that I took care to change my discord password but also my email address to avoid any risk. Then I made a request on the support to be unlocked and also a request to be refunded. Since yesterday no answer and knowing that my account is blocked I can't now connect to the support to see the progress of my request. How am I supposed to make a request to be unlocked if I am unable to see the answers I am sent.
