I use light theme for accessibility, and even I think the new color is too bright/saturated.

I use light theme with dark sidebar because the higher contrast text (black on white, not light grey on dark grey) puts less strain on my eyes. I have a family history of astigmatism and keratoconus, which is exacerbated by repeated eye strain. But even still, this new color where it shows up is just too bright and saturated.Compared to everything around it it's a point of blaring blue in a sea of greys.

You had it right before guys, it looked good and fine. Didn't strain at all. I don't care about the logo so much (though I've got some Opinions) but it really seems like you didn't consult a single human being about accessibility before rolling out the rebrand.

Which seems weird because you have a devoted public test build you could've tested color and interface changes on before subjecting general audiences to them, almost as if that's what it's meant for or something.
