[FEATURE?] Add Option That Dims Discord on Second Monitor Whilst Playing a Game

I think it'd be super cool if this was added. Whenever I play a game I keep my discord on my second monitor. Sometimes it's a bit too bright. I think it'd be cool if discord was dimmed upon opening a game on your first monitor.
