Trust and safety - abuse of the Blocking feature for cyber bullying

Users have been abusing the blocking feature to harass and bully other users.
by blocking someone you permanently have access to their Username and Tag.
Allowing you to then post fake profiles on other websites pretending to be them,
and basically getting other people to harass the user when they try responding to those fake profiles.

I propose that the numerical tag be anonymized with a non-identifying hashtag
and that the hashtag is a permanent feature when viewing the profile, or messages.
even after unblocking the user.
only by re-friending the user, and after a 10 day cool down would the hashtag be replaced by the original numerical tag.

this would prevent cyber bullying harassment, and would prevent a work around of unblocking someone to view the numerical tag, before reblocking them.

I'm sick of having to change my username everytime a bully decides to post a fake profile with my discord contact info.

Hi discord I’ve got a problem on server with a user called keironman#8097, I was just chatting in my server called rillware city buses (Lego buses group), it’s a role playing server, so I was chatting with my friend one there and I was talking about the Lego buses. Keironman came and said did you also with a picture of me saying ? I didn’t get it what then my friend said what are you on about? Sure I agree with that, is there a map with like the routes like buses take! Then keironman said thanks for taking sh#% about me! What can I do to get a back up support, keironman wants be reported and for his stats don’t join his server because he talks sh#% to you! Which I don’t I literally talk all the time with my friends on that server!!
