The Logo and New Font
Discord, you’re a great platform, I’m sure at this point you’ve seen the complaints. This new logo and new font is just ugly. The colour scheme is nice but I don’t like the new blurple. I have not heard of or seen one person who likes the new design yet, please change it back. #bringbackolddiscord Thanks for trying but it’s not needed, Clyde was doing fine.

The thing is, the new colors look agressive. The older ones were softer and more welcoming. Same with the logo, sharper corners just makes it feel odd. The new font looks out of place and spacing is weird.
This isn't the first post regarding the rebrand. And This won't be the last one either. So why not give users the option. Since both the newBrand and oldBrand classes are there. Why not add a switch? 'Classic mode'. Or something similar. a little like how old.ppy.sh and old.reddit.com have the classic designs. That would make both the people who like and dislike the new design happy

Well said, I completely agree. I understand why they did it and why people like it, it just doesn’t feel right to some of us and it looks odd and out of place.
