A simple suggestion to improve Nitro Booster Roles

Currently Discord makes a forced role that nobody can remove (or create beforehand).

Server settings has an option to designate a specific channel as the system messages channel. It also has an option to designate a specific voice channel as the AFK channel.

So it would make way more sense to have a server setting to designate a specific role as the server booster role. If one doesn't exist, then create it when someone boosts. If there are boosters on the server, then the currently designated booster role can't be deleted. But one could still designate a different role and then delete the (now un-designated) role.

Failing that, just make a Server Booster role upon server creation that's always there, like `@everyone`
