discord update bug
it is detecting microphone but still says that thre is no microphone everythink else is detecting microphone exept this in browser discord my friends can hear me but is aplicattion not

I have the same problem too but instead the problem occurs in Windows app. I can hear myself in control panel but not in Discord even though my mic is detected. Pls fix asap

I'm facing a similar situation. My mic is detected by discord Windows app, but voice is not detected. Tested my mic on other apps, even recording apps and works perfectly. I'm currently using Discord on web and there is no problem with it.
I also tried, deleting temporal files, restarting pc, logout and login back. Tried also uninstall (btw, your uninstall process is horrible, it lets a lot of trash on the pc and I had to manually remove it) and installing again. Nothing worked.5 -
The f*ing update f*cked my settings, I have been doing litterally everything recommended nothing fixes it. My headphones work perfectly, I hear the discords sounds (people joining leaving...) but not actual people speaking ! I see the green ring it and it works perfectly when I use my speakers but not with my f*ing headphones !!! fr I should never have done this cancer update, it better be fixed asap 'cause damn I'm mad loosing my time on such bullsh*t

use discord from the browser until the issue is fixed, the app doesn't recognize the mic i really hope this gets fixed soon :|
