Setting Limits on The Invites Created by Members

So currently there is only an option to allow or not allow members to create an invite. I want to limit the type of invite a member can make. A limit of only 1 active invite and that invite can only have 1 use for instance.

That or make it a server-wide setting ie all invites created for my server can only be used once and a member can only have X number of active invites. To prevent invite spam or people abusing invites.

Obviously admins can create invites however they want.
