ADD RICH FORMATING AND TOOLS FOR GIVING FEEDBACK FOR MOBILE BROWSERS

I don't have this feature before but until I switched this into desktop site, it shows more rich format and tools to make feedback, hope this will on mobile because if we still use desktop version, the browser keeping me lags.
