Making it easier to add roles

Me as a person who loves sorting roles. When I make a bunch of new roles and want them above certain other roles. In the current system, I have to move one at the time up to where I want them. I would like to have a system so you could click on a role on the list, and when you click add role. It'll place the new role above that role you're clicked on. If that makes sense. It would make life way easier.
