No puedo ingresar a un servidor

Me estoy intentando unir a un servidor pero no puedo porque estoy "baneada" cuando nunca me han expulsado o baneado de el.

    Bans can be mistaken, or the following could've happened:

    - your sibling, ALT, or some account with the same IP as you previously got banned.

    - if the above, the ban wasn't revoked.

    - You may have been banned using a bot command without you seeing what happened.

    - You might be joining servers too fast.

    Yesterday, I was with some friends and they banned me joking, when they invited me back, it said that I already joined the server but I wasn’t there, now I can’t join any server.
