Be able to make multiple users have server ownership

As far as I know, there has been some server owners use their ownership to kinda dictatorship the whole server, which makes them be able to do anything to anyone in their server they want to. And other people/ admins cannot do anything with it as there could only one owner, one people with the highest role all the time in each server for now. So if we could have multiple owners, real democracy™️ in the servers make this less happen.
