Discord- Remote Moderation

Dear Discord Team, 

I have considered this idea for another time in case you have already started to implement this into Discord. I have recognized that most servers on Discord violate the ToS, and may not even bother to read the ToS. What may help is remote moderation, as you may promote users of Discord to moderate this app, since most users of Discord are not able to work at the headquarters of Discord. You may dismiss this idea right away, as it may seem to risky, but you will of course need to provide a resume for users that would enjoy helping out Discord as a moderator. If this "role" name is already taken to monitor all of Discord, it is possible for a new name to be chosen. This rank can have permissions such as changing inappropriate names, images, removing servers which severely violate the ToS, vanishing tool(server does not display user/Seem invincible to other users), etc. Yes, you may already have the support team to do this job, and it may seem pointless, but it may help the growth of Discord, and lessen the troubles/Worries. I would first start off with the rank given to users that would like to apply for this as a Jr. Moderator, which they will have to submit reasons why they have taken the actions they have done, before the action is accepted. I believe the minimum age for this rank should be the age of 14, no younger, as at that age they might already have the experience, and maturity for the tasks given upon them. Thank you.
