Go to unread from quick switch menu

Some sort of prefix to sort only unread / mentions would be nice, along with the ability to tab through quick switch results. 

Suggested workflow:
new message from FOO

ctrl +k, enter "!!" (or whatever prefix)
tab once, highlights message from FOO
enter, navigates to that conversation/channel
