Please make profile customization free.
That is literally the feature EVERYONE needed and that is free on almost all popular websites except discord, where you have to pay 10$ to get a custom banner and write info about yourself. I can understand why animated banner should be paid, but I dont get it why you should pay 10$ for a custom static banner and a description of yourself. Please at least make non-animated custom banners and user description free.

i think the banner and description should be nitro classic instead of $10 nitro and I also think that non nitro users can set a description but only have limited banner features, like nitro classic users can import a custom one but non nitro users can only choose colors or pre-made designs.

I think it should stay the same. Most people, including me didn't get access to profile customization, so you should be grateful.

personally in my eyes i don't see the point in being thankful for a billion dollar company that locked a feature that is practically the bare minimum behind $10 nitro.

That's the whole point of rolling out such a feature, they expect an income from that. That's why it's nitro only.
Besides they rejected a great offer from Microsoft, so they need to do something to cover the lost ground-3
