cant see mobile streams but i can hear them?

uh so this isnt just a me issue, it's all my friends: when we try streaming our phone screens, everyone else can hear the stream but they cant see it bc it's infinitely loading :( desktop streaming works fine, tablet streaming too, but if it's on our phones then we cant see it
