Re-subscribing for Discord Nitro.

Hi, when I try re-subscribing for Discord Nitro I add a payment method but the screen still shows the re-subscribing button, also when I try pressing it again, it does nothing, is this broken or what? I have a credit and I want to apply it, if I don't touch anything will my nitro stop or will it keep on going until it uses all the credits?
