Private channels

In a private channel, in permissions roles the highest role you got will be your permissions in a private channel. Like for example, in a private channel there's a member role with view channel permission. Now after he/she got Muted (which is higher than member in permissions in that private channel with different permissions) it should override the other roles permission like not being able to view the channel after getting muted role.
