Stickers replacing the emote menu button - Android

When trying to send a message in a server it seems to pick up on certain key phrases and give a sticker pack recommendation that covers the emote menu and it doesn't go away until after the message is sent or jibberish is typed. Seriously, wtf. Stop it. There needs to be a way to disable this (and all pop-up sticker recommendations).
