Information Channel Option

I've been on discord for a while and one thing that I think would be a great addition is adding some sort of information channel type as an option when creating a channel. This would be helpful in multiple ways:

You could save time that you'd normally spend setting up channel permissions. The channel could automatically make it only view able to the owner and admins, and then they could simply select roles manually that can view or edit the channel.

This could remove the annoying bar at the bottom that says "You do not have permission to text in this channel" for users who can only view the channels, as it wouldn't be needed in a channel designed only for display.

It could have more customization. Nothing too fancy, but a few features I'd suggest are the ability to rearrange and add new messages at any time so that you can adjust the look of the channel and order of the messages without having to retype the messages, and also remove the icon, timestamp, and name of who sent the message that displays so that it doesn't intervene with the text while typing.

I think adding this would help a lot with creating channels for info that the owner or admins want to look nice, and it would make it easier for both the owners and the members of the server.

Some examples where this would be used could be: Rule or Guidlines channels, Welcome or Info channels, or other channels such as documents of bots in bot development servers, notes for admins and mods, etc.
