Discord app doesn't appear on neither [Alt] + [Tab] view and taskbar if I open from notification popup (Windows)

I can't switch to opened Discord app from another app window when I open from notification popup and then switch to another app.

Because Discord app doesn't appear on neither [Alt] + [Tab] view and taskbar.
