"Recycle Bin" for deleted images and videos that can be accessed by moderators of a discord.

Lately, I've encountered the issue that certain people post inappropriate images and videos just to delete them seconds later, often too early for moderators to see and evaluate them.
While this has been solved for links and text messages through dozens of bots, I have yet to see bots that effectively handle this for both images and videos that were uploaded.

Therefore I think adding a temporary storage/recycle bin where deleted images and videos directly go into with a description of when and by whom it was sent would be a great way to fix this problem.
