Discord Support problem

I've had my account disabled due to "Your account participated in selling, promoting, or distributing cheats, hacks, or cracked accounts." Now i've never tried selling on discord an account that isn't mine i have tried selling my own personal Fortnite account but it isn't hacked cracked or stolen so i don't understand what quite i have been banned for. is selling stuff on discord not allowed? it's very conflicting when there are servers tagged with "Fortnite selling" on disboard and the discord Support team take waay to long to respond is there anything i can do to speed it up and clear the misunderstanding? perhaps to talk to a human moderator? if you guys can help me i will be very grateful
