More Channel Exclusivity

In my server we were looking at having channels that are only accessible if you have BOTH Role1 and Role2. Right now, if you have either, the channel is visible. This enhancement could reduce the number of roles a server needs, for instead of adding a third option it could be configured only with Role1 and Role2.
