NSFW content in user profiles (statuses, games, icons)

We'd wish that users can have the option for their nsfw statuses/icons/currently played games to not be shown to users under 18/people who don't give consent. I imagine this as a feature you can turn on about any segment of your profile so people who haven't signed up for it don't see those unsafe parts.

Would mean so much for minor-friendly spaces and general safe spaces!!!
