New permissions to add to channels.

This is a suggestion to discord:- There are permissions of roles that are only available in role permissions and not in channel permissions which I'm completely fine with! But I really want the Allow anyone to @mention this role and Display role members seperately form online members to be in channel permissions E.g.If I turn on this permission in rules for the owner,it will only show upmin riles and nowhere else. Same for the second,turning on the second in general but not in clips and highlights so i can only ping owner in general.Small feature but it would help me a lot!

  I like this idea. It would be especially useful for if you had a gated channel (waiting room channel) like I do and you want to have entry staff who are only displayed seperately in that channel.
