[Feature Request] Prevent some roles from reading spoiled sentences

example:

Two users enter the "test text channel" at the same time. Now both will be inside the channel (so the history function doesn't work) and write a message each. Both must not be able to read the message sent by the other. Is there already a function to obtain this result?

  would be extremely usefull for quizzes or annotations from mods!!!
