Discord support team not helping

I have been waiting 8 hours for a response from the support team about my account being hacked. And I am still waiting. This is not how support works, they should be fast. I need my account back asap and it has 3 months of Nitro. 

Does discord truly care for their Users? 
At this point i dont even know

    So now: Think about how many discord users they have.
    Think about how many supporters they have.
    Think about the amount of spam tickets per minute.
    8 Hours is nothing, I'm sorry.

    It can take up to a week. Atm they have too much to do.
