Your app's layout is extremely difficult to follow. Terrible design.
I want to post my first NFT, and you tell me in a message to go to #roles to get certified as an artist.
One would think that #roles would be a direct link to that place, but no, that would be actually efficient and that's not what your app seems to be
 
Do a search for #roles and nothing happens.
 
Don't know if I'll get back to it. Extremely bad first impression

    Maybe they can take me as an experiment of how a first time user react. I am no newbie in difficult programs, I learned Maya in a month to get a job. But when I get to your interface, for the first time, it's like no clue. I rate interfaces for ease of use. Simplicity is elegance and intelligence. No clue how it works, the message with instructions of how to get an artist certification in #roles should come with a DIRECT LINK to such a place. That's efficiency, that's simplicity, that's elegance of design. Instead, they tell me where to go, but there's no way for me to find where #roles is. I do a search for #roles and it tells me that doesn't exist. Where should I go to get my artist certificate then? Also I see something about bank payments? I'm not paying not one cent because when I downloaded the app, it never said anything about any payments. I might give it another chance later, but seriously thinking about deleting the app.

    It seems you are pretty confused about the program Discord. Because Discord is just the application. It is a platform comparable to social media ones. The places where you can see the channels like the #rules you are mentioning are Discord Servers, or otherwise known as guilds. Those are made by Discord Users or sometimes communities or official companies. So the design you are seeing with that #rules channel was not made by Discord, but by a user, because Discord is only the platform, the side offering all the services like text chats, voice chats, servers, communities, voice calls, video calls, private messages, game stores and many more things, which users can create their own servers/guilds out of to hang out with friends on private servers or be in contact and chat with lots of people from all around the world on public servers.

    Talk to the server operators - Each servers roles and layout are by the server owners choice, not Discords.
