Discord server ping having problem

I'm living in Hong Kong and I use Hong Kong server for my discord channel. I usually get a constant 5-10 ping in my server. However, starting from yesterday, my ping is constantly above 200 and I'm still having high pings at the moment.

The fun part is that I went to my friend's server (Japan server), my ping drops to 52 (which is a normal ping as I'm located in HK), but when I return to my own HK server, my ping jumps to 200 or above. 

I asked my friends' ping when they joined my server, they both have 10 ping (which is very normal as they are also located in HK) and only I got 200 ping, which is very weird. 

I'm pretty sure it's not my ISP problem as I can play CSGO with constant 10 ping and I got 3-4ms when I was trying to ping "google.com " with Windows command prompt. 

Anyone knows why this is happening and the solution for it?
