Can't find my account

I am trying to login to my discord with my email and it said (email or password invalid) I clicked on (forgot my password) and it said (account doesn't exist) Anyways i didn't receive any email of my discord account is disabled So please help me :(

Note:why I can talk on my disabled account?

  i noticed you said it was disabled? did it give you a reason why and you can try for an unban apeal here
