Roles Feature Request

Dear Discord Development Team & Community,

One huge feature I wish Discord would add is a way where Owners of a server/Leader's can individually add people to a permission to add roles to people/remove roles, like say for instances Staff, add/remove the create/delete feature of roles so people who might become rogue one day can't go down through and delete roles or even create more. They could just add roles to people that you choose for them to add; it would help out Communities who have to instill trust into their Staff...

I've came across many many folks in my journey through the Discord platform, many folks also see eye to eye on this wish for the feature to be a thing. Please! Please! Add this, as it would help us all.
