discord account disabled

My account has been disabled for some reason and I got an email saying that I was flagged I guess by their system for platform abuse or sending too many direct messages. This is a load of shit I don't even know what platform abuse is and I only talk to my wow guild on discord and now the support team is saying they are not unlocking my account with no reason given, just a flat no.What can I do I need discord to raid and everything with my guild???? Why punish an innocent person just trying to game with his friends
