Banning users with such usernames from server

So currently I have a bot/someone who thinks their funny mass joining my server with between 10 secionds-1 minute old accounts. It's getting really annoying trying to ban them all individually, despite we're banning as soon as they join. They also have the same exact username, other than characters from Asian languages at the end. (Chinese, Japanese, etc.) I'd find it really fortunate and helpful if it was added since a lot of people thinks its cool to make multiple accounts, with and without the same user. Better yet, IP banning them from servers so that IP cannot join back too. Have both incase they have a VPN (most likely do) so you can get them either way.
