[Suggestion] Highlight User Feature - Message from User is always highlighted in chat

Imagine a bigger discord with lots of people in text chat. If you don't want to miss messages from specific person(s), a feature to mark that user as "VIP" or "Highlighted" would be ideal.

So after marking that user, from now on, all past and new messages from this userwill be highlighted in the chat.

Workflow: right click user -> mark as "VIP" -> new messages are highlighted

Next level would be to add specific colors to every person you mark as "VIP". So VIP 1 is highlighted in yellow, VIP 2 in purple and so on.
