Help & Support is slow to respond or not responding at all. (Same goes for trust and safety.) My old account got disconnected, tried to appeal, but strangely all messages were simply ignored. Okay, I'll delete my account and register my phone with a new account, I thought. Yeah, of course. To delete an account, you do need to write through the linked mail. And all messages written through my linked mail are ignored(more precisely, all the requests that I send them do not reach technical support, because the mail does not receive a letter stating that the request was sent to Help & Support).I wrote several requests to Help & Support with a request to resolve this case, and of course no one answered me. The evidence that I can give in my favor is only screenshots and videos.But I think they will ignore it or write that I have to send a request from the attached mail, without even understanding the situation. I think,the technical support team recruited various incompetent id*ots who do not even work and do not know how to work (probably sitting stup*dly and picking their nose), all my requests are just closed, no one answers.
