TV-Like video channels

Will be nice to have one channel to manage video sources + chat + playlist without having to switch to browser or other places.

If you have 2 monitors, have one in browser and one in discord, is not a big deal, but when you have just one screen or be on mobile, have all of this on the same screen will be better.

One added permission: "manage playlist" to allow add video sources to the playlist

You can join and leave, when joined, the video sync between who joined and keep running when you switch channel and go back, to stop running you have to leave the channel (like a call)
