More mobile features

Add the ability to change the credit card details for nitro and the ability to purchase boosts on mobile. Having boost buying only available for pc makes it hard to support servers for people with no computers.

    Hey,

    i don't think this feature will be integrated soon. It's rare that Nitro users renew their subscription and over 90% of Nitro users have a PC.

    It's probably too unimportant for Discord to use capacity for it.
