discord team no't helping at all and no replay what so ever

i got disabled idk why or what i did to get disabled and when i send a ticket they replay

"Discord has disabled your account for violating our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. We’ve reviewed and confirmed this violation, and we will not reinstate your account.'' and i ask for evidence of what i did no replay

but that's not the problem

the biggest problem is i got disabled after a few seconds of redeeming the free nitor from epic games

now my account got three month of free nitro that i don't use and after that they will charge me of some thing i don't use

so i send another ticket to disable the free nitro no respond too now what i do

i just want to know what i did to get all of this ?!!?!?
