Disable move of higher ranked members

Is it possible to set up Discord in a way, that the members can move everyone with the same or lower rank to a different voice channel, but not anyone with a higher rank? I know it works this way for the "kick/ban user" permission, but I haven't found a way to set it up this way for the "move members" permission.
